This is the ideal garden polytunnel to fit into that small corner of your garden, standing at 7ft high and fabricated from 32mm galvanised steel makes it a very robust structure, all fittings are galvanised or zinc plated the timber is pressure treated so should be good for 10yrs. The image above shows a timber sliding door which is an optional extra, again the timber is treated and slides on an aluminium door rail. The door also comes with netting and polythene so you have the choice of covering. (doors also available in aluminium)You will also see on the right of the polytunnel a timber side rail and netting (about 1m from the ground) and a roll up curtain which allows you to open and close the sides for ventilation. (this is normally on both side but can be used on just one.) Again all timber is treated for long life. (also available in aluminium)The timber base rail seen at ground level goes all the way around the base of the tunnel and is used to fix the cover to. Using this method you must concrete the ground tubes into the ground every 5ft -6ft depending on the size of polytunnel and fit the base rail to them. In my mind this is a better way to fix the polythene giving you a neater and stronger structure and does away with a lot of digging if you are using the trenching system. Also makes life easier when replacing the cover. If you are not able to concrete in the ground tubes we have what we call Anchor plates which mean you do not need concrete. (base rail also available in aluminium)Crop bars are another optional extra, they fit across the hoops and will give you approximatly 20% extra strength both snow and wind load, also handy for hanging baskets or to tie plants to.All our 8ft wide Polytunnels are available at 5ft or 6ft spacing's,

The 12ft wide garden polytunnels offer all the advantages of the smaller 8ft-10ft wide and are manufactured to the same high standard using 32mm diameter galvanised steel hoops. The extra width allows for the use of a double path system when growing in the ground or central beds, and when using staging or raised beds. 3ft straight sides give an internal space that is lacking nothing in comfort for the user and ample growing space for a variety of plants.

The portable Carry Polytunnel is fabricated from 25mm OD aluminium hoops, available at 1.82m (6ft) wide and 3 lengths, 1.2m (4ft), 2.4m (8ft) & 3.6m (12ft). In essence, this is a Raised Bed hoop secured to a Tanalith E base rail enabling the cover to be secure and the whole structure to be portable. This is ideal for transporting to various areas of your garden or allotment to provide protection as and when is required, or can be used where available space is in short supply – patio, balcony, roof garden etc etc.
